Christina talked about her pregnancy to ET

Some months before welcoming Max Liron to the world, Christina Aguilera took some time off from her Back to Basics tour to talk about motherhood with ET:

“This is the new chapter in my life,” she says in the interview. “I just bought a new house. It is a family house. He will be my new little roadie on the next tour. He will be right there with mommy. I definitely want to take him on the road with me, because there is no stopping me.

Christina adds that her Back to Basics tour took a whole new meaning once she found out she was expecting:

“Just knowing when I was up there, I was really not alone — I felt almost like I had a little teammate inside of me,” she comments. “On my worst days, when I was too tired, I felt like I had to do it for the little one in there, and Little One was egging me on. I felt like we were in it together every step of the way. If I wasn’t going to do it for me, I was going to do for this one.”

Jordan was in New York when he got the good news that he was going to be a dad:

“My father actually picked me up from my last meeting to take me to the airport,” he says. “Christina called me in the car. I didn’t want to say anything to my father yet, so I had to control my excitement. I remember I got out of the car and I was shaking, and I think I screamed in the middle of the airport. People must have thought I was crazy.”
